Jolanda Bus – Bus@Work

I am a hands-on and experienced Procurement & Supply Chain specialist who worked in different business sectors with different (global) scales from the start of my professional career. Over the last 15 years, I worked for a Swedish multinational. I supported many business areas, including general management, procurement, supply chain, finance, RESH, quality, sales, marketing, innovations, operational services and M&A. In addition, I had the opportunity to travel around the globe to support teams in manufacturing sites and global services. As a result, I have met and worked with amazing people from different cultures, which enriched not only my professional life but also my personal view of the different opportunities and challenges in the world.

My management style is pragmatic, and I work in partnership with teams to create solutions that truly provide value, both for the business and the individuals involved. Using a range of techniques and tools, I work collaboratively with colleagues to raise the bar and gain new insights, enabling teams to identify and remove barriers to success. I am an intuitive manager with a holistic and creative approach who regards it as a key element of my role to challenge people so they can seek solutions that are effective and sustainable for them.
